Whether she is providing therapy or Mindfulness coaching, Ashley is passionate about helping clients build skills in embodied present moment awareness, navigation of difficult emotions and habits of compassion that move us toward states of personal & interpersonal connection.
Ashley uses EMDR, Narrative therapy, Attachment based therapy and Emotionally Focused therapy to help clients who are experiencing difficulties with trauma, grief, self-esteem, career & relationships to name a few.
Ashley has found that her own revelations from life experience & personal healing resonate deeply with Buddhist philosophy. Mindfulness and Compassion have been key to her own growth. She wishes to help others navigate the ebbs and flows of life with an increased sense of ease and satisfaction.
“May the momentum of our healing radiate out to benefit all beings” - Ashley’s heartfelt wish
